Opinion| Sudan: An Opportunity for Dialogue

Calls for a Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue are growing. The principle enjoys wide support in popular, political, and social circles, and among regional and international parties, and the work of the Sudanese Dialogue Preparatory Committee is drawing backing that reflects a growing awareness that the country needs a way out of its crisis.
