Qatar participated in the 168th session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council [Secretariat General of Gulf Cooperation Council] in Manama, Bahrain, on Sunday. Qatar’s delegation was led by Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
