Tunisia ranked 1st worldwide for the proportion of science and engineering graduates among higher education graduates, at 37.93%, ahead of Uzbekistan 2nd (36.76%) and the UAE (36.45%), according to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Global Innovation Index.
