حذف الحساب والبيانات

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

افتح نيولي واذهب إلى «الإعدادات» ← «الحساب» ← «حذف الحساب».
إن كان حسابك بالبريد وكلمة المرور، أكّد الحذف بكلمة المرور.
إن كان حسابك عبر Google أو Apple أو Facebook، أكّد الحذف بتسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى عبر المزوّد نفسه.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُحذف حسابك وبياناته: اسم العرض والبريد الإلكتروني، ومعرّف مزوّد الدخول، وما تتابعه وتحفظه وإعدادات القراءة، وأجهزتك وجلساتك، وتعليقاتك وبلاغاتك. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

إن تعذّر استخدام التطبيق

راسلنا على [email protected] من البريد المسجّل في حسابك (أو اذكر اسم العرض ومزوّد الدخول)، وسنحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به ونردّ عليك بالتأكيد.

حسابات Facebook

إزالة نيولي من إعدادات Facebook ← التطبيقات والمواقع تمنع تسجيل الدخول بها مستقبلاً، لكنها لا تحذف بياناتك لدينا. لحذف بيانات نيولي اتبع الخطوات أعلاه.

Delete your account and data (English)

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Password accounts confirm with their password; Google, Apple and Facebook accounts confirm by signing in again with that provider.
This permanently deletes your account and its data: display name, email, sign-in provider id, follows, favorites and preferences, devices and sessions, comments and reports.
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Facebook: removing Nwly under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites stops future sign-ins but does not delete your Nwly data. Use the steps above to delete it.
